Hotel Bristol - Saas-Fee

Just wish brekkie started earlier for us keen skiers, eh?

The staff were very helpful and made life easy for me. I got a upgrade to a double room with a view which was a nice bonus.

They were a little pushy on serving the gourmet restaurant menu. The upgrade was offered for a 15 CHf a day price before it was given for free. I would have been better to offer it for free at first or not offer it at all.

our rooms were outstanding and tidy here with a nice breakfast and good view. the staff were best, provided us with excellent services. the hotel had an unbeatable location in the afternoon before the sun disappeared behind the mountains.

The mountain view was amazing, but the water pressure in the shower was lacking.

Excellent location. Run by the owners and family, friendly and helpful. Because the hotel wasn't full, our party all received room upgrades, eg single to double;double to family. Comprehensive continental breakfast. Good value. Would certainly stay again.

The choice of salami, ham etc at breakfast could have been a bit more varied over af five night stay.

We stay in king room quite often, it is neat and functional. The location is perfect and the staff is excellent.

great location, close to the ski lifts and apres ski bars. free of charge pick up and drop off to the bus stop, with hotel's funny electric car. nice area for storing the ski equipment.

hotel's restaurant closes quite early

The warm atmosphere was like a home away from home, and I appreciated the beautiful decor. I enjoyed the comfort of my large bed, and having both a shower and a bathtub was a lovely bonus.

Breakfast could start earlier.

The location of the Hotel to the meeting point for the ski school is excellent and the children's afternoon kindergarten is in the same building as the hotel which is an added bonus. The staff at the hotel and in the restaurant are very attentive and helpful from the moment they picked us up at the bus station. The family room we stayed in was large with a separate room for our child. The quality of the food at dinner was very good.

No complaints. The selections on the hotel's lunch menu are limited and not great. Recommend going across the road to Zur Muhle.

it is aperfect hotel and frindly people i strongly recomand staying in the hote and if i have another chance to visit ausria i will stay agian in this hotel

A combination of hits and misses

Fine mountain views from the room and the staff created a warm home-like atmosphere . The location is conveniently close to the slopes.

I wish the breakfast started earlier for eager skiers and the water pressure in the shower left something to be desired. Limited hot options at breakfast were also disappointing.

It's a family business but owners are very profesional. We lived very warm hospitality. Thanks to Bumann's.

Hotel needs a spa.

Should you go for it? My answer

The warm atmosphere, with fine decor and a huge, comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent, and the kind chef prepared a breakfast bag for my early departure. With free cable cars included, it's perfect for skiing trips! I'd love to return for another enchanting stay.

The accommodation is fairly clean, the staff is excellent and cooperative, the modern room offers a magnificent view of the mountains, and the bathroom includes a bath.
